RETURNS

Whilst we hope that you love your new purchase, we understand that sometimes customers have a change of mind or things don't work out. You can make a return within 14 days for in-store purchases and 30 days for online purchases, from date of purchase. Online orders can also request an instant refund through Refundid. 



Please note, orders paid in full or partially with Afterpay, ZipPay or PayPal must be shipped to Forcast’s head office for processing.



All returns are subject to our Return Policies and Procedures.

RETURN POLICY

 

You can request a refund if your return/item meets the following conditions:

  • Valid proof of purchase. This can be an online invoice OR in-store receipt.

  • In original condition, unwashed, unworn

  • In original packaging, with all tags attached



We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria

Your return will be processed back to your original payment method. Note, permanent sale items are returned in the form of a Forcast gift card.

 

Return Time Window

You can request a return within your return window:

Online orders - 30 days from date of invoice

In-store purchases - 14 days from date of purchase

 

Items not eligible for returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for earrings and hair accessories.

 

Online Returns

Returning your order is made easy using our Returns Portal.
Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Forcast is not held responsible in event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel.

Click here to process your returns through our online returns portal. You have the option to select instant refund, standard return, or gift card. Please note that instant refunds are available for Australian customers only.

 

Sale Items Return Policy

All sale items can only be returned as a digital gift card which will be sent to your email. These gift cards can be used both online and in-store. Forcast gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

 

Faulty items

If you believe your item is faulty, please reach out to our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and attach images of the fault. Forcast will guide you through the return process. Once we receive your returned item, our team will assess it and be in contact with you regarding the outcome.

 


EXCHANGES

 

Unfortunately we are unable to process online exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend visiting your nearest store for an exchange or, placing a new order and returning your original purchase for a refund or gift card according to our return policy. You can either return your items to our HQ’s address below or visit your nearest store to process your exchange. If you are exchanging in-store, please call ahead to confirm the item is available in the store you are visiting. Visit our store locator for specific store phone numbers.

YOUR REFUND THROUGH REFUNDID

 

Forcast Online Refunds are powered by Refundid and enable you to a:

  • Standard Refund (eligible full-price items)
  • Return To Gift Card (sale items)
  • Instant Refunds (available for full price items only. Refundid will instantly refund your bank account)

Before you start your return via post, make sure your items meet the Returns Policy.
The return will need to be sent back to Forcast HQ within 7 days of starting your return request.

We refund or credit your account within 5-10 business days upon receiving your items.

RETURN IN STORE (ONLINE PURCHASE)

 

You can return your online purchase to any one of our store locations for a refund or exchange. If you are exchanging in-store, please call ahead to confirm the item is available in the store you are visiting. Visit our store locator for specific store phone numbers.

Please ensure you bring your proof of purchase (the online order confirmation emailed to you when you placed your online order) and the same credit card used for your purchase.

Your refund will be provided to your original payment method for full-price items or a gift card for permanent sale items.


 

*Please note, orders paid in full or partially with Afterpay, ZipPay or PayPal cannot be returned in-store and must be forwarded to Forcast’s HQ for processing.

All NSW stores are free drop-off points for online orders paid via Afterpay, ZipPay or Paypal. Please ensure you complete the Return Form if you are dropping off your online order. Make sure to select ‘I am choosing my own return method’.

In-store purchases can only be returned in store. Eligible items can be refunded, while permanent sale items can be exchanged or returned for an exchange or an in-store gift card.

  • Make sure your item(s) meets the Returns Policy.
  • Visit one of our store locations.
  • Bring your proof of purchase.
  • We provide a refund to your original payment on eligible products or an exchange or in-store gift card.
